About Me
Hi, my name is Elisabeth
Welcome to the Sovereign Life Project. My dream come true
About Me
Hi, I’m Elisabeth — founder of The Sovereign Life Project (SLP), trauma-informed coach, nervous system educator, and someone who’s walked the difficult road of medication withdrawal… alone.
When I came off Lorazepam and Diazepam, there was no roadmap. No professional support. No guidebook for the emotional, physical, and spiritual unraveling that happens when your brain and body are trying to find balance again. That experience changed me forever.
What I couldn’t understand at the time — and what sparked my lifelong mission — was why something so common could feel so terrifying, so isolating. Why were doctors saying everything was fine, when my body was screaming otherwise? Why was there so little help?
I made myself a promise: to become the expert I so badly needed back then — and to make this path safer and more supported for others.

We believe in a future where individuals can achieve freedom from medication dependency, reclaim their lives, and thrive with purpose and joy. Our goal is to support people to achieve their goal to be free, living fulfilling lives, rooted in their true selves.
How it works
Make A Choice
This is where it all begins.
Not with all the answers — but with one powerful decision:
Listen to the part of you that knows there’s more for you.
Choose a new path for your life.
Start the journey.
In the Sovereign Life Project, you’ll learn how your nervous system works, why withdrawal can feel overwhelming, and how to support your healing with tools grounded in science, safety, and sovereignty.
You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be willing.
Willing to learn.
Willing to feel.
Willing to come home to yourself.
This isn’t just education — it’s transformation.

FAQ
Your Questions Answered
The Sovereign Life Project supports people who feel called to come off psychiatric medication in a conscious, informed, and empowered way. Our focus is on helping you taper with awareness, emotional support, and nervous system guidance — not just reducing pills, but reclaiming your wholeness.
While we don’t guide the tapering of every medication in a clinical sense, we do offer personal support for many commonly prescribed drugs, including:
-
Antidepressants
-
Antipsychotics
-
Benzodiazepines
-
Z-drugs (sleep medications)
-
Opioids
Our approach is not medical — it’s educational, emotional, and deeply human. We work with your inner world: your beliefs, your symptoms, your nervous system, and your capacity to heal. And when needed, we encourage collaboration with your healthcare provider to keep your process safe and sustainable.
And even if you’re not tapering — if you’re living with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, fatigue, or another long-term condition — the knowledge and practices inside the Sovereign Life Project will still support you.
You are welcome here.
This isn’t about being anti-medication. It’s about being pro-choice — your choice, your pace, your healing.
If you’re unsure, I recommend starting by watching the webinar and then scheduling an appointment with me to discuss your specific needs and questions.
