My Story
Because I struggled to heal from prescribed benzodiazepines and antidepressants, I know better than anyone how enormous the physical and emotional impact of tapering can be in every aspect of life. Somehow, my body and mind couldn't do the process without having a big fit.
During my taper and recovery period, I discovered there is almost no support for people who face withdrawal syndromes. This is why I started my practice as a taper coach in 2019.
I support anyone challenged by the consequences of prescribed medication or healing from the aftermath. I try to make the process easier by standing next to you, listening, supporting, teaching coping skills, and using supportive methods.
Painful experiences are more tolerable if shared and when there is reassurance, encouragement, and support. Although it can be very intense, it is a privilege to be able to do this work.
On my journey, I learned many processes and methods that will help you come closer to who you truly are, as that is where true healing begins.
The PROJECT
Reclaim your inner peace and well-being.
The Story of The Sovereign Life Project
A Journey Back to Wholeness, One Step at a Time
Three years ago, I stood at a personal crossroads.
I had walked through the fire of medication withdrawal—body trembling, mind unraveling, heart breaking in more ways than I could count. It was a journey I hadn’t planned, and certainly one I hadn’t been prepared for. The systems meant to help me offered little more than side effects and silence. And the deeper I went into my healing, the more I realized something no one had told me:
This path wasn’t just physical. It was spiritual. Emotional. Existential.
It was about reclaiming my sovereignty—my right to be whole, free, and fully myself.
That’s why I created The Sovereign Life Project.
Not because I had all the answers. But because I couldn’t not build something for others walking this same path. Because no one should have to navigate the maze of withdrawal, emotional healing, and nervous system repair alone.
The Vision: Freedom That Comes From Within
From the beginning, The Sovereign Life Project wasn’t just about tapering medication—it was about transformation.
I wanted to create something that blended science and soul. A place where neuroplasticity, trauma healing, inner guidance, and emotional reconnection could live side by side. A space where people could be supported not just as patients—but as sovereign beings, on a journey back to wholeness.
Built With Sweat, Soul, and Deep Trust
This project wasn’t born overnight.
It took years of quiet work, of writing in the dark, of coaching clients through their deepest unravelings, and of facing my own shadows again and again.
It took study, creativity, and long stretches of doubt.
It took rebuilding everything I thought I knew about healing.
It took sweat.
It took soul.
It took the kind of trust you only learn by walking through fire barefoot.
And now, three years in, it stands as something real—something living—something I’m deeply proud of.
Who It’s For
This is for the ones who:
-
Feel stuck in medication and want a safe, supported way out.
-
Know healing is possible but don’t know where to start.
-
Are tired of being in victim mind set, powerless mindset and want to live and love authentically
-
Are ready to reclaim their wholeness—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Why Sovereignty?
Because you were never meant to hand over your power—not to a system, a label, a diagnosis, or a pill.
Sovereignty means remembering that your body and spirit are wise.
That your mind can change.
That your soul already knows the way home.
And this project? It’s a sacred container to walk that path—together.

Project Vision
To empower every soul in medication withdrawal to reclaim their wholeness, live in alignment with their true self, and embody emotional and nervous system freedom—one conscious breath at a time.
